November is Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month. Men’s health is a topic that quite often takes a backseat in discussions, but it’s crucial to make it more widely spoken about! Whether you’re in your 20’s, 40’s, 60’s, it’s never too late to start opting healthy habits and making positive changes. 1. Regular Exercise Engage in physical activity at least 30 minutes a day, recommended five days a week. Be sure to have a mix of cardio, strength training and flexibility workouts – incorporating a balance of all can help improve endurance, build muscle and enhance overall fitness. 2. Balanced Diet Be sure to maintain a nutritious diet rich in fruits, vegetables, protein and healthy fats. Try to limit processed food and sugary snacks as much as possible – but don’t entirely restrict yourself! Everything is fine in moderation.
