Taking place in our restored swimming pool, state-of-the-art studio space and top of the range functional training zone, our group exercise classes are designed for all abilities – so whatever your experience, we’re here to help guide you to your goals.

Make a splash with this fun and interactive fitness class based in our swimming pool. Using movement in the water to provide resistance, strengthening your muscles and increasing your heart rate, all whilst minimising the impact on your joints.
A full body workout featuring choreographed exercises to music, aerobics helps improve flexibility, strength and cardio-vascular fitness.
A workout inspired by ballet, yoga, and Pilates, barre focuses on low-impact, high-intensity movements designed to strengthen and tone your body.
Les Mills BodyPump™
A fast-paced barbell workout that strengthens your entire body through focusing on low weight loads and high repetition movements.
A high intensity class, designed to boost stamina and burn body fat. Work around different exercise stations to maximise your output and elevate your heart rate.
A fitness class that is fun, energetic and leaves you feeling amazing. A mix of low and high-intensity moves in a calorie-burning dance fitness party.
A high-impact, high-energy interval style class that gets your heart rate up, burns calories and increases your performance.
A great low-impact workout for strengthening and balancing all the muscles in the body to help rehabilitate and prevent injuries, as well as improve posture and range of movement.
