Strength is vital to ensure we keep pain at bay. Our aches and pains often stem from having underactive or weak muscles.

In our lift programme we ensure your body is progressively moving towards optimum movement under load to maximize your stability, strength and power.

MOVE

We use bodyweight movements,  cardio equipment, dumbbells, strongman moves, kettlebells and mix them in many different combinations to keep motivation high. All of our workouts are scaled ensuring beginners, intermediate and advanced members all get the stimulus they require to progress.

SKILL

Moving well to ensure we prevent injury and promote lifelong well being is at the core of the City Baths training programme. This class demands mental focus as we will seeking to help you improve your movement patterns. This is a must for anyone looking to hone their existing skills or learn a new one.
