Just getting started?
For anyone new to yoga, BODYBALANCE is a great introduct ion, and there are plenty of options for the more challenging exercises. All you need is comfortable workout clothes and something warm to wear during the final relaxation track. You don’t need any shoes. We recommend you bring a yoga mat.

INTENCITY Cycle

WHAT TO EXPECT
Are you ready to feel the burn? Resistance cycling takes you to the next level of cardio, muscle strength and body conditioning. A 45 minute performance cycle class consisting of both cycling and conditioning exercises. There are three types of class which will focus on power & endurance, maximum effort intervals or sprint intervals with appropriate and complimentary conditioning exercises.

INTENCITY Cardio & Abs

WHAT TO EXPECT
Designed to strengthen and tone your core and improve your cardio fitness. Short bursts of power movements for your whole body. A workout designed to improve your cardiovascular fitness and strengthen / tone your core. This class will utilise high intensity interval training (HIIT) or steady state training methods in addition to core conditioning exercises.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Punch and kick your way to a great body. Martial-arts inspired training techniques will work your strength, flexibility and cardio fitness. Not for the faint hearted! This class utilises martial art inspired training techniques to improve strength, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness. A true fight training experience without the contact!
